Welcome to Stone Mountain Park, where it's always one adventure-and one memory-after another.
Very cool park...climb the mountain! The laser show is also pretty cool
Park is nice. Lots of things closed. Enjoyed the Duck Boat ride with Capt. Hollywood.
Amazing views!!! The sky-ride is not expensive! Totally worth the visit
Buy the annual pass. Hike up the mtn. It is windy on top so wear appropriate clothes. Do NOT try to hike when it's raining/sprinkling. It gets SOO slippery. Bike riding is also fun and challenging.
Great place to take kids and teens. With lots of attractions, this Park is fun, historic, and family friendly. But be cautious when visiting during holidays or on the weekends due to big crowds.
The best part of the park is walking up the mountain. And the gum tree, of course! (Even though we all know that it's just a telephone pole with a lot of gum stuck to it.)
Wonderful and beautiful place to visit. Always has something going on other than their regular attractions. A must go for everyone!
No words To describe
The hike up the mountain is somewhat strenuous in places but still a quick hike. It took us 37 minutes with a few rests in between to take in the surrounding views. Take the skylift!
One of the US's largest confederate-KKK monuments, enjoy Georgia's white washing of history with an embarrassing laser show!
The park is amazing. A must go! Enjoy all day and stay for the laser show!
Walking to the top can be fun.
Thr climb up was great exercise. The ride back down was cool. Great lookouts all over the mountain.
Hiking and the feeling at the top when the wind is blowing :-)
Top of the mountain views are worth it but except long line. Buy tickets online. Buy express/skip the line passes.
Sounds like beef jerky
Ever since the private firm took it over, this is not what it used to be
My kind of day trip. Well two actually. 😆
Scenic views, mountain trail, all beautiful!!!! Wonderful location for the Livvy's Love, Inc Fun Run
What's good here?
I love walking around this beautiful park and the views from the top are fantastic.
The hike up the hill is easy. No need to line for the cable car.
This place is a RIP-OFF! Still trying to figure out what they charged us admission for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
Kellan Stone Roble at Stone Mountain #SkyHike
Love it here!!!!
You only need a pass if you go on attractions (climbing gym, lift to top of stone mountain etc.) otherwise, just pay for parking $10 and explore.
Stone Mountain Park is home to the world’s largest piece of exposed granite, and offers an array of fall festivals for families to enjoy.
the view on top of the mountain at night is beutiful. Make sure you bring a flashlight when coming down. And take the gravel trail to be safe.
the speed limit is 35mph
You should really skip the gym membership. Instead, make walking up the mountain your exercise routine.
At the Dock Diving Dogs Competition with our dog (he is not diving - barking).
This was awesome
The Barn is a great spot to let your kid expel energy when it's icky out.
The laser show wasn't as great as I remembered it.
The hamburger at the train depot was like eating pure rubber - avoid.
Catered by the park - not so great but edible!
Awesome! Can't wait to go back.
Pulled pork sandwich & unsweetened tea! Awesome!
Explore and discover 3,200 acres of natural beauty, exciting attractions and a world-class Lasershow! http://budurl.com/flyb
The laser show is pretty lame.
Great views! Easter Sunrise Service on top of mountain!
Great Park for walking, riding, cycle and running!!
I had alot of fun at mini golf!
Incredibly upset and disappointed with Stone Mountain Park. The park's lack of understanding about families that have disabled children. We can't wait in lines for hours with out having meltdowns
As the weather gets warmer, enjoy a beautiful day outdoors. Take your family to Stone Mountain Park for hiking, picnics and other fun adventures.
If you plan on staying a while, bring snackage and definitely bring water!
Wear grippy shoes to climb the mountain!
Taking a walk around the base of the mountain is quite a beautiful experience make sure to get next to the water :)
Fun all year round -- some of the special events are a little over priced though.
Take the Indian Trail at dusk. Watch the lights from downtown Atlanta. Bring a flashlight to descend in the dark.
