Nasnl .July 27, 2013The 2 libraries are amazingly beautiful.... But you can only see them from behind a rope, looking in through the door, which is very disappointing, even if you buy the photography license.

It also has it's own brewery and restaurant. After a day touring the castle nearby, the monastic brews will send you straight to nirvana. And the view is great.

Královská kanonie premonstrátů na Strahově patří mezi nejstarší doposud existující kláštery premonstrátského řádu na světě. Od založení v roce 1143 nebyla kontinuita její existence prakticky přerušena. Vzdorovala požárům, válkám, i zvůli komunistického režimu.
