It's all about the shoes! Find shoes that fit AND are appropriate to your activity. Ill fitting shoes can cause issues with your feet that lead to other body issues.
Rush hour time is usually from noon to 730pm. Mondays-Tuesday are "chest days" and Wednesdays are usually "back days" AVOID the non-sense that comes along with these people who don't know anything
Moderate traffic in the late morning (945 & later) but can get busy at night.
