    Students: Get out of your comfort zone and try a one of the free Group Fitness classes! I've fallen in love with Spin. See you there! Also, gentle yoga and power yoga is wonderful as well.

    First timer? Unsure about an exercise/if someone's still using something? Just ask! Everyone I've asked (about workouts, tips, how much longer on X) have been super helpful and courteous. Just do it!

    I don't care if you're carrying weights/doing lunges around the track, you need to go the correct direction and stay on the outside. Us runners will go around you.

    try to get there early during the whining of the semester. It tends to get packed. Best time to go is at night.

    If you are a full time student come down and work out, hang out, and take part in free fitness classes and intramural sports! Don't forget to try the amazing healthy food!

    If you want to take a fitness class, make sure you sign up before the class on the day of to secure a spot in the class
