I don't care if you're carrying weights/doing lunges around the track, you need to go the correct direction and stay on the outside. Us runners will go around you.
The gentle yoga class is great if you are really sore or want to gain flexibility :)
A lot of people just sit down and hog the machines! You have every right to tell them to get their fat asses out your way! This is a gym, not a library! Tell these fatties to work out or leave!
try to get there early during the whining of the semester. It tends to get packed. Best time to go is at night.
Bring a towel. They are always out!

I love how the elypticals and treadmills can sync with ur ipod to keep track of ur workouts!

If you want to take a fitness class, make sure you sign up before the class on the day of to secure a spot in the class
If you are a full time student come down and work out, hang out, and take part in free fitness classes and intramural sports! Don't forget to try the amazing healthy food!
