Classes are great exercise! Be prepared to leave tired and sore though!

The Rec is one of the nicest college rec centers in the country. Avoid it from 4-7 pm it's a mad house. Started working out in the morning and it's much less crowded. Best of luck Ags!

9 laps in lane 2 is almost exactly 2 miles. (I did the math). :)

Afraid of heights, Ag? Overcome your fear by rock climbing during “Free 1-Time Climbs!” Check out http://recsports.tamu.edu/ for time information.

Half of the Rec's lot is now pay-by-the-hour, but anyone with a valid TAMU permit can park in the nearby garage for free after 4 pm on weekdays.
