Slowest service! They have 20 staffs but they took 30 mins to send me my hot green tea! All staff are just chatting around. Only one new trainee do all the jobs.

Bad service and ordered food couldnt be serve accordingly, ordered tuna mayo but served egg mayo.. Overall food is disappointing n bad service!
The curry dish is satisfying but the Yakimono Salmon Teriyaki is quite disappointing, the meat is too dry and hard.

New outlet look fresh...nice foods
Service improved, cos I saw a staff from gurney outlet work at here. The food still suck. Sashimi taste bad. The rice too soft. No recommend.

They need improved for the rice for sushi. In other sushi king they use machine. Here they use hand to hold the rice. Sucks. Even basic of sushi they also can made it. Worst sushi king in penang
