For a better sushi-out experience, I strongly recommend Sushi Rika just a hundred feet away.
Not recommended. Rice is of low quality; fish is minimal within rolls; service is terrible; prices are high. There must be better options nearby. Sushi is not a food category to be going low quality.
Chef Tony is fun and splendid! Ask for Walter's Special Roll!... You'll be astonished!!!
Don't go to Ninja Sushi, go to Sushi Toni!
Live music every Tuesday night.
Udon is not Japanese at all. It's kalguksoo with udon noodles.
Don't get shot
Eat good sushi to the songs of the Beatles. Relaxed setting, solid food. Good hamachi and salmon sashimi!
The 49er Roll is a delightful surprise.
Get the Romeo and Juliet roll. It literally melts in your mouth.
Ummm had better. Felt it wasn't that fresh. Make reservation at sushi down bush st, next to irish pub. I wish i did
Sit at the bar and chat with Chef Toni while eating fresh fish. He is funny and sweet!
Best real sushi in SF! Fresh, innovative, great service! Ask for the Lion King Roll in "Venezuelan Style"! You'll be delighted!
Way better than sanraku that guy must not know about sushi
Try the Crunch Roll - #crunchy #spicy #fluffy (via @Foodspotting)
Try the Volcano Roll - #spicy #intense #hot (via @Foodspotting)
Try the Rome And Juliet Roll - #smooth (via @Foodspotting)
The fish is always fresh and the staff is always friendly!
Just REALLY great sushis!
Try the Volcano Roll. It comes with delish melted cheese on top. Insane.
...also, try the romeo and juliet roll
Great yelp suggestion! We absolutely adore the chef here!
I usually get the chicken donburi. this place is okay, but I like Sanraku much better.
The chef, Toni, is hilariously craycray. If you get the umi (sea urchin) he'll tell you all about how it will improve your sex life an complexion. Also "it's aliiiiive!!!"
Splurge on the serious nigiri combo, and be prepared to be disappointed by 'sushi regular' combos everywhere else afterward.
