World Icon. Sydney would not be Sydney without it. Good to walk right down under it, or under it in a ferry.
The New Year Eve Fireworks at the Harbour Bridge is of course the greatest attractions of all. Everyone greets everybody with a smile and u indeed feel what a nice beginning to the New Year!!
Expensive to climb, but free to walk across.
Walk over the top of the bridge (Bridge Climb is $198 - $228 depending on the climb and time of year) or take the footpath across the bridge. Either way, this is a must if you are visiting Sydney.
Don't drive on lanes with the "Red X"
One of the best ways to remind you that you live in Sydney. Ride, walk, drive or jog across it or jostle in early for a place underneath the Harbour Bridge for new year's eve

Tested unscrewing the bolts on each side; bridge is definitely secure.
Look up at the flags on the top. My grandfather used to be boss from flags southbound for 20+ years. Visit the pylon museum to check out some historical stuff
Don't just drive, walk across it and get a beautiful view of this magnificent city.
If you look hard enough, you can spot new Zealand.
Look west and you'll get some great views of the sun setting...
The lights are beautiful.
Great way to get across the harbour
Walk on the left and mind out of the way of runners and commuters!

crossing the harbour bridge and take a photo... It's a fun and great thing to do...
From November 2012 to February 2013, I spent a fair bit of time in Sydney. I walked the Harbor Bridge everyday! Never got tired of the view. Don't take it for granted!
Drive across it in traffic so you can check out the side views.
There are some Halal eateries located nearby at Circular Quay including Neptunes Palace, Silk Road Chinese and Curry at the Rocks. There are no prayer facilities within the immediate facility, howev
such a gorgeous display on new years. thank you for the awesome fireworks display. xx
Book the climb to be just before the twilight sessions start. If it's cloudy on the horizon you get an early sunset and save $70.
It takes longer to run across the bridge than you think!
This is really handy for not only travelling from North Sydney to Sydney, but also the reverse! :P
Great view of the city at night
Australia's greatest engineering marvel, the Bridge radically changed Sydney's geography and remains the city's most vital artery. Stunning from every angle, but don't miss seeing underneath
Another postcard of Sydney... ideal for nice pics. U can also climb it (there are tours) which bring u up... No way for me! :)
Nice view of Opera house

Our beautiful Sydney Harbour Bridge. World Icon for our amazing city & greatest attraction. Looks wicked on New Years Eve with all the fireworks.
If you're on the train or bus, lift your head up, out of your smartphone/ipad and take a look. It's quite spectacular.
Catch a ferry - much cheaper than a Harbour Cruise and just as much fun!
If catching a bus into city, go one earlier. Took 20mins just to cross the bridge!
