Interesting fusion flavors, love the signature Tabata and dark ramen. The tonkotsu ramen is pretty weak. The gyoza was meh.

With its unconventional ramen, Tabata may be a love it or hate it. This is the Sutamina Ramen - spicy miso & soy sauce flavored noodle soup w/ pork, leeks, scallions, garlic paste & egg.

Tabata's namesake dish intertwines Burmese and Japanese cuisines. The broth is a combination of soybean and coconut, which is then topped with spicy chicken, red onions, flavored egg, and cilantro.
