    Shoyu Ramen: The soy sauce broth is clean and complex, with just a few fat bubbles speckled on top to give it some body. Don't be surprised if your done with the broth before anything else.

    Try the almond soup from our 100 Best list: When is a soup the most satisfying part of a midsummer meal? When it is as cool, smooth & balanced (sweet, acidic grapes; rich, savory almonds) as this one.

    Had dinner on a Monday, got the quail with figs and the scallops with gnocchi (don't remember the exact names) and the quail was good but the scallops with sauce were to die for. A definite repeat.

    I have had some really good gnocchi in my life, but their gnocchi and scallop dish was beyond delicious. Also, the foie gras melts in your mouth. A must try!

    Udon is a MUST for Sunday dinner. Shoyu ramen is also good, but I love the chewy udon noodles. Always get the duck fat fried chicken, you won't be sorry.
