Decent bagels but the service is terrible and the credit card minimum is less than ideal. They do deliver though!

    Brie Burke · November 22, 2014
  • Taylor V.

Bacon egg and cheese is good. They don't have sausage.

    Taylor VA · November 8, 2014

    Everything bagel

    Aaron Khaled · September 18, 2014
  • Far C.

Rude, rude, rude! I always ask my sister to buy for me jnstead because I cannot stand their attitude! Worst customer service! Go somewhere else.

    Far Car · September 11, 2014
  • Audrey T.

The bagels and convenience are worth the rude service and credit card minimum.

    Audrey Tolbert · August 20, 2014
  • Trudy L.

Slow, they need help getting people out the door quickly. But the bagels are good.

    Trudy L · May 21, 2014
  • Tracey C.

$10 credit min. Good bagel, not too chewy, not too crunchy. Just right.

    Tracey Churray · February 19, 2014
  • Sarah H.

Plain bagel with plain cream cheese. Can't go wrong.

    Sarah Hodges · April 4, 2013
  • Jen L.

They offer tofu cream cheese but no milk options for vegans. That lacks logic.

    Jen L · February 7, 2013
  • Aarti C.

Love their pumpernickel bagel toasted with vegetable cream cheese + a small morning cuppa joe.

    Aarti Chawla · January 25, 2013

Slow service but the bagels are okay. Not the best by any means

    Elizabeth Lukasiewicz · October 13, 2012
  • Conor W.

Long wait for mediocre overpriced bagels.

    Conor Welter · June 5, 2012
  • Katie N.

The flat bagels here are great. Try flat whole wheat everything.

    Katie Nadler · June 3, 2012
  • Steve C.

Best bagels in NYC. You heard it here first. ;-)

    Steve Campbell · June 2, 2012

I love the beagles. I hate the customer service. Consistently slow and rude.

    Brian Cristiano · March 23, 2012

Possibly the worlds WORST customer service... If their bagels didn't taste so good I would never eat here.

    Brian Cristiano · March 17, 2012
  • Travis A.

The skinny workers will think you're fat. Asked for a Coke and an everything bagels with tofu cream cheese: given a Diet Coke.

    Travis Anderson · November 13, 2011
  • DeShaun H.

Fresh, delicious traditional New York bagels here. Hits the spot on the morning walk to the subway and after work before dinner too. Love! Love! Love!

    DeShaun Harris · November 9, 2011
  • Monte B.

Be prepared to order aggressively and repeat yourself, but the bagels are worth it

    Monte Babington · September 11, 2011
  • Michael W.

Toasted flat bagels are crunchy and delicious.

    Michael Wallerstein · June 26, 2011
  • Ross S.

Inconsistency hurts this great bagel place, so make sure to ask if the bagel is fresh and soft before ordering your bagel. The everything bagel with vegetable cream cheese is the best.

    Ross Sheingold · August 6, 2010
  • Kari O.

Free wifi. Really wide selection. Love the Taj special.

    Kari O'Brien · July 10, 2010
  • Jonah K.

Underrated egg cheese sandwich - not on menu, you need to ask for it. Only before 11 am.

    Jonah Kruvant · January 28, 2010
