Fixed price deal on Friday/ Saturday is good, but overpriced.
On Fridays and Saturdays, you have to order the $48 set menu. No worries, though, it’s a really good deal considering the quality and quantity of the food! (Note: BYOB)
Get the bacon. Get the chocolate. Put the bacon in the chocolate. That's all.
It's a pleasant very nice staff, and theres an entertainment/participation factor i guess but if you actually are hungry, not the place.
American express , discover, or cash only!
BYOB is amazing (w/ no corkage fee) and the Gouda cheese dip is to die for!!
Amazing place. Great service (Sunday around 630pm). Wonderful food. Will go back very soon. Tips: cash, Amex or discover and byob!
We're no fondue experts, but the cheese and chocolate here is simply superb. We recommend the Perigord and for dessert, white chocolate.
One of my favorite dining experiences in NYC...incredible food and staff. Tips: BYOB, cash only, required prix fix menu on Fri/Sat eves
Doesn't take visa
A quality time!
Didier and his staff are super sweet. The traditional Swiss fondue was great, whole garlics adds that kick. Don't skip the chocolate fondue, add almonds!
Our concierge Noah at The Thompson LES recommends the Fri/Sat Prix Fixe Fondue. You will be addicted to cheese.
Place smells a little funny, must be the cheese.
The Devil's Whiff is best experienced with their awesome fennel sausage. Just remember to bring along a nice red wine or two!
The pre-fixe fondues are great here; just remember to bring your own bottles because it's byob without any fees!!
WTF. No dessert only? Sat down at 9:30, ordered, and was asked to leave. That is not cool. Should have been told this when we made a reservation. Stupid.
Make friends with the owner, didier (and bring a bottle of champagne)...ask nicely and he might open the bottle ceremoniousy with a espresso spoon
Omg this place is amazing had the deluxe per-fix and it was amazing must do again. The cheeder is great with the chorizo and bacon
A great date spot.
The chef is Didier Pawlicki of the French bistro La Sirene, so expect high-quality renditions of melted Swiss & Roquefort rather than gimmicky, bar mitzvah-esque versions. Alcohol is, for now, BYOB.
Had the plain Pyrenee fondue and loved it. Ask for a bit of extra salt.
