Colonial sandwich is to die for!
The risotta balls are the BEST.
Ask for no oil- they use a ton at the end and it totally ruins the sand which, unless you want that greasy fast food feeling. The gluten free wrap was good- didn't fall apart and the staff was nice!
Love this place but a few things bug me. The menu changes too often, and they get rid of a lot of things. The core menu, things that rarely change, are good. Get the Italians, their worth it
Great takeout salads for a working lunch
I'm still bitter that they dropped the Wharton Street, one of their veggie offerings. Additionally the bread isn't even close to as good as it once was.
Check out the seasonal sandwiches. So good!
The Queen Lane is TDF - breakfast for lunch or dinner, anytime
Risotto balls are amazing. If you're in the mood for chicken, go for the Ben Franklin Pkwy.
The risotto balls are the absolute best!
Ben Franklin is solid although would prefer higher meat-to-breading ratio.
Chicken cutlet sandwich!!!
The cookies. Definitely.
In all my searching, this has definitely been the best "Philly style hoggie" shop I have found. If your craving that Philly style, I'd say check it out!
The Philly Landfill is a monster of a sandwich packed with Genoa salami, roast pork, peppered ham, roasted red peppers and sharp provolone.
Franklin Square salad with grilled chicken and pesto-- perfect post workout dinner
Just get the Ben Franklin Parkway. Don't overlook the salads also, Franklin Square is delicious.
Delicious late-night sandwich spot, all with Philly-based names. Nice alternative to pizza or a burger
The risotto balls are dee-lish!
it's more expensive than philly
Unfriendly people standing around doing nothing while the dining area is a mess. They changed the menu a week ago and act like they've never heard of the items that used to be on it.
Th first time I came the server recommended the risotto balls. I came back the following day for them and they are GOOD!!
Ask for the Veterans Stadium Jail: it's a snowball, battery and beer hoagie.
Ben Franklin = a chicken parm sub. Delicious.
Keep your receipt for the reward code!
If you prefer a sandwich with warm bread DON'T eat here. Ugh. Quiznos is down the street.
This place has always been good. It became twice as popular after Obama had lunch here.
Risotto balls are fantastic -- try the navy yard.
The Queen Ann breakfast hoagie is great: sausage patty, broccoli rabe, and a fried egg.
the cannolies are good.
Love Park with breaded chicken -- HUGE salad and sooo good!
Beware: sometimes they close at 10, sometimes 9...
Taylor Lemonade is really tastey on a hot day. Just pretend it has no calories.
If you work on 14th street you get a discount! But you have to tell them!
Please don't call it a sub. It's a hoagie, people.
Beware. The meatball sub is super spicy.

"It's pronounced 'gor-may'." I just saved you an embarrassing conversation. Thank me by buying me a Ben Franklin.
Don't come during the day, there is only one person working. It will take a long time to get your food.
Kind of a shitshow for breakfast.
Order delivery and I'll bring sandwiches to your door! (202) 588-7117
Much busier than the K st location. Be prepared to wait in line, especially on Sat.
1) Get the Arch Street breaded 2) Get the Lombard Avenue 3) Leave feeling like you gotta do that again tomorrow.
Check out the GIANT ceiling fan!
