People tend to check in during these times:
Honestly, this place sucks. it's overpriced, has horrible service and the food isn't even good. I'm only mayor here because my friend insists on coming here to get ripped off everytime we pass by here
They have a new policy from the boss saying every customer has to order a drink. What business does that? shibal
I wouldn't say the service is horrible but the place gets slammed and the servers scramble to get everyones order, so if you stay for awhile just be polite. A little patience goes a long way.
Boba here is always fresh. In my experience it has never been hard or frozen. Melts in your mouth. Also, sweet potato balls are awesome.
Mixed reviews about this place, but I love it. Milk Tea with them boba thangz. Yes.
Don't waste your time and money buying a gift card. Stupid card machine can only tell you if there's enough to charge...bit the amount. If it's less than what you're buying it refuses your gift card
Bean curd dish is yummy & vegan :) honey lemon tea is delish
Disappointed that the last 2 times drinks were subpar. Green milk tea tasted like water and even after remaking the order it still was poor! Bring back the old people who made the drinks!
Passionfruit snow bubble is da bomb!
Best boba in San Diego
Matcha ice cream milk green tea!
Don't listen to the negative reviews this place has the best boba tea! If the service is bad it's just bc you're not Asian or you don't spend enough money here.
"Put that TIP down!"
Bring your own chopsticks.
Lavender milk tea is lush
Service is not very good here.
Say wassup to the homegirl Yuki!
Try lavender beauty tea with boba!
You can tell them the level of sweetness to your liking.
Mango snow ice no sugar added. So refreshing.
Ordered iced Thai tea with boba. Waited 40 minutes. At 35 the server explained that they were making more tea. Hot Thai tea arrived. Decide it wasn't worth complaining about, but wouldn't come again
My best tip: don't come here to eat. I came here twice to eat and twice, there were hair in my food. I don't think I will come here to eat anymore. It's too disappointing.
Fair warning: Don't get me wrong, the place is good for varied flavors of tea & food. After reading the bad reviews over service is mainly cuz they charge an additional $10 sitting fee over 45mins.
My first time here and it's super packed and I literally waited about 30 + minutes for my drinks !
Their drinks tend to be really sweet so ask for half sugar.... or 1/4 sugar if you're adding boba.
Honestly the service here is always terrible, they never really seem to care or try even. Only come here because my wife likes the "tea flavored" desserts. It's mostly a meh place though.
Worst tasting Boba in San Diego ( jolly new is better). And only one Boba flavor. Do not recommend.
Expensive and not-so-good-tasting drinks/dessert (& food). But a last resort spot to chillax' (been so for some years now, lol) @ in the area, since every other boba spot closes early
Horrible service, its as if they go out of their way to ignore you.
Not the greatest service but not many Asian places are. Short-ribs are delicious & lychee green milk tea as well.
Ten dollar credit minimum, not that hitting ten dollars is hard though.
shaved ice should come w/condensed milk but they put barely any &we asked for a little more &they wantd2charge an extra $1 for it. Yes it's only $1 but it's principle. A can of it is prob$1.
Pricey for milk tea, but it's the best you can get in San Diego.
The tea latte with boba is my favorite :)
"WiFi is blocked to the public" exclaims my waitress. "Ok, this place is super lame, probably not coming back" exclaims me, in my head.
We ordered tea, received sugar water. They weren't helpful with fixing our order.
The vegetarian item on the menu is vegetarian until they cook it. Then you might get bonus pork, chicken and other random stuff.
Service sucks and the manager/owner/lady in charge is RUDE!!!
Thai tea is a little too sweet.
