Very good pistachio cake!
Great menu choice, service is great. It's all great :)
Their eggs are good and they have an amazing selection of tea. Rainbow cake is a must.
Pistachio cake goes very well with Earl grey tea
Wow cakes (try the Rainbow) and poached eggs (Belting Benedict or Fabulous Florentine)!
Delicious "Royale Northern" and the scones were very tasty too.
literally the best Eggs Benedict I have ever had ♡
awesome ambience...good food,cakes drinks :-)
40mins waiting.. They failed to serve but they discounted from our bill.
They know their tea here. A must visit for the tea connoisseur.
Great brunch with excellent and friendly service. Teas are wonderful but on the pricey side.
Gorgeous homemade pies at this place, plus a vast choice of teas and yummy cakes
Sadly, dry cake.
The Moo Pie is amazing! Probably about half a moo in it!
Great cakes and teas but, teas are expensive as they are getting cold very early. Drink your tea in 2 mins please
Amazing cake and tea!
Rainbow cake! 🌈
Nice selection of tea and cakes. My fav is rainbow cake
I had Royale Northern(I've been advised) and my friend had Belting Benedict. They were amazing with Teacup's NQ Brew and "energise your eyes" teas. It didn't energise my eyes though:)
Go for a cup of tea. Coffee is average. Cakes are quite large and very sweet.
This place gets so busy but the tea and (rainbow) cake are worth it.
The staff are helpful, friendly and slightly mental, but that only adds to the relaxed and carefree atmosphere of this little independent cafe.
Super cute place for tea cake and a chat
Eggs Royale :D
The Royale Northern is actually phenomenal
£5 cocktails. Yes please!
Don't underestimate the fish finger wrap, it's more like whole battered fish in a wrap
If they are too busy (as it was for me, I gave up waiting) head down the road to Nexus Art Cafe, a non-profit too!
The Passion Fruit Meringue wasn't lived up to be, it was too sweet and sickly; the passion fruit should've been more tangy and sour to balance out the meringue.
Rejoiced slightly at the gluten free option, flour less chocolate! It's properly delicious.
I ordered Estrella Galicia and they give me bland English beer... tsk. Suppose they do have a very nice selection of tea and cakes though.
Excellent place for a weekend breakfast and choice of teas, but get there early or you'll find a wait. Recommend the Royale Northern, Superfood Porridge, and any of their fresh baked goods.

The cake was pretty sub-par for the price. Nice (and generous) latte though.
Best tea shop in Manchester. No, wait... in the UK? It might well be. Amazing selection of teas and lovely staff.
Lovee the hearty scones!
10% off if you smell like a Sue Ryder shop.
Have the amazing cappuccino! Served in a nice big tea cup as well.
BEIJING BREAKFAST TEA!! <3 <3 well worth spending all my pocket money on! :P
The pots of tea contain more than two cups, so share one with a friend to save a couple of quid!
Eggs Royal - What a TREAT!!!
Good coffee and awesome variety of cakes
Great atmosphere: cosy and nice! Cakes are amazing
See if you can taste the secret ingredient in the Red Velvet cake :) - I can :D
Don't eat too much while you're here. Their new chocolate boutique Bonbon is just across the road and an essential stop off while you're in the northern quarter.
Enjoy a quick shopping brake, with some tea and a slice of cake.
The eggs royale is pretty special
The Scrambled eggs are great, and the cakes are to die for. Passion Fruit Meringue particularly brilliant.
