Always crowded and the interior hasn't changed in 10 years. A bit stuffy and the bulk teas aren't the freshest.

Great selection of teas, tea drinks. I like: turmeric ginger herbal, any hot chai, chaider, matcha smoothie on a hot day. Quiet, calm place.

The Creme de la Earl Grey was light and creamy, but still probably not as good as DAVIDsTEA.

Love the tea but this place is in need of a serious upgrade. Staff is pretty apathetic as well.

I love this place, and the tea is great, but half the time the staff is too concerned with their own conversations to answer your questions or be very kind.

Lovely spot, but not very friendly service compared to say starbucks. Pumpkin chai is a nice twist on usual chai.

Come here if you are looking for some great tea or a relatively relaxing study spot. Ask about the changing daily specials.

A pot of the Ti Kwan Yin is always great on a rainy day. Just don't over-steep.
