Huge venue, huge shows. Bars on each floor, beware the makeshift bar on the first floor and go directly to the REAL bar unless you're just ordering a beer. Also beware of craigslist fake tickets!

Saw Tove Lo here and I was honestly impressed with how nice the venue was in general. There are three levels that overlook the main stage so you can honestly get a great view of the artist everywhere.

People might complain, but T5 has held some amazing concerts in this 3 floored space. Good views no matter what level you're on. Fun fact: nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a venue.

Great venue. Speakers can really pump the bass and the crowd is energetic. The balconies are great if you don't want to see the act. Get into the crown to really feel it. (4 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

Originally an old factory, this three story venue hosts some of the biggest indie bands in town. For the best seats in the house, get here early and snag a table on one of the mezz levels--the third f

Second floor has a nice bar and an ATM; third floor has pretty clean bathrooms with trippy lighting. Get there EARLY, like you're waiting for a flight.

This is one of the largest venues for live music in NYC, so it can get quite crowded – think lines galore. The acoustics are ok, but they do get great headliners.

If your idea of a good show is to stand on a 3rd floor balcony and watch it on some flat panel TVs next to 1,100 mental toddlers from Hoboken, you've come to the right place.

Great concert venue. The three levels are great, your view is great from anywhere. In summer though, beware the heat gets deadly, despite a blasting AC. Prepare to sweat.

The venue hosts big time acts but suffers from some bad sights lines if you aren't on the floor or hanging off the side of one of the levels. The sound is good on some nights. The bathrooms are great.

Great concert venue! Avoid standing all the way in the back. The amount of people going back and forth, drove me crazy. Acoustics aren't that great but every band plays there!

Right in Hells Kitchen, be sure to check out their huge stage where every artist plays at one point in his/her career. Security can be tough, but the sound inside the venue is worth it!

This is definitely not one of my fav venues. This is the place for touring acts who pass through. It's a multi leveled space and it usually gets pretty packed when it's a good show.

Soo far from everything - but attracts some good names. Shows will typically sell out as the date approaches so buy tickets in advance.

The sight lines are really bad, so arrive early to get a view of the stage! Regardless, always a fun time and large crowd

Currently here seeing Flying Lotus. Best place to be is on the main floor on the raised bar from the back so you have easy access to brews and you don't get your ears blown out like you're used to.

Unless your under 22 the best place to enjoy shows is on the 3rd fl. lounge area near the bar. Your here to enjoy live music. You don't need your eyes for that, people hovering around the rails annoy

Not the best music venue in NYC (by far!) but still an enjoyable place to catch a show, especially if you've got a prime front row spot on the balcony level!

This tri-level venue brings in must-see acts, from Lady Gaga toThe Gossip. Tip: Stake out a spot at the back of the main floor's bar; you'll get perfect views of the stage and easy-access to beer.

Great general admission concert venue. I'm not use to a place like this, more familiar with general admission lawn seats but this setup was awesome.

One of the best music venues in NYC. It gets big time acts but also is General Admission, so you can get right in the middle of the pit or right in front of the stage.

Very big venue, sound is great at the barricade! Bathrooms have a sagely old gentleman hooking you up with cologne, paper towels, and soaps... Classy!

So, my GF had a thai chicken wrap and a cookie left over from dinner. Security wouldn't let her in with either nor let her give them to a homeless person. Security kept the cookie, tossed the wrap:)

Least favorite venue in NY. If you're more than 30 feet from the stage, you might as well listen from outside because you can't see anything. I only come here to see must see bands, like Dr. Dog.

SECRET: GO TO THE SECOND FLOOR. FIND A TABLE BY THE RAILING. SIT UNDERNEATH TABLE. ENJOY SHOW IN OWN PRIVATE BUBBLE WITH FEET DANGLING AND NO ONE SHOVING YOU TO GET TO THE FRONT. YOU'RE WELCOME.

Such a shame that good artists will agree to play shows here, thus allowing it to remain open. Great place to act like a jerk while touching twelve other people at once. Probably popular with bankers.

When I am at terminal5 I go to the American retro bar and grill. They give me $1 off drafts and cocktails before and aftervthe show. Just show your ticket. Coolness!

Saw Florence + the Machine on 11/1/2110. AMAZING! Get there at least an hour before the doors open if you want to be close to the stage. Also--Cleanest public bathroom I've ever been in.

If you're here, it's probably because T5 booked a band you really love. So suck it up, arrive early, get a spot on the floor, and enjoy the show, despite the venue smelling like a locker room.

One of my least favorite venue's in NYC. They have the unfriendliest security that you will find anywhere. The sound can be hit or miss. Only go if you really REALLY love the band.

The further away from the door you are the better the vibe. Walk past the crowd and you'll have way more space.
