    Must must must eat if you're in vail! Duck confit, trout, and quinoa in lettuce cups are the way to go. One of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time. Excellent service to boot!

    The chili/garlic edamame and the fried asparagus are amazing. Avoid the trout. And of course the hot toffee bread pudding is killer.

    Tartare is great! Quinoa lettuce cups are great! As for entree, yellow fin tuna and Amish filet are spectacular. Get yourself some red wine too.

    Tried the Chopped Apple and Avocado Salad with Salted Agave and Pickled Red Onion. The onion was the highlight. Ours had one piece of avocado. And the agave was just decorative.
