My first art museum in Miami. They had a mummy corpse. Enough said... They also had cool things made out of gold or fake gold, I don't know, but it was cool.

Start the ride by getting your art on at Bass Museum of Art. Both inspiring and educating the museum explores the connections between their historical collections and contemporary art.

One of our favorite hangouts. A wide variety of work from fresh contemporary to classic and even a mummy! Definitely Soul Of Miami approved.

"Beats After Sunset" is a great event held here on the 1st Friday of every month. Complimentary drinks at the bar, but get there early, the bar gets full very easily and you may have to wait a while.

Service is pretty poor here, we ordered extra shampoo twice and both times it took around an hour for it to turn up. The hotel is run down and lacks any real atmosphere compared to the fountain blue.
