At 899 calories, The Hot Brown is not only obviously delicious, but slightly irresponsible in the vain of Paula Dean. Good dish if you're not moving that day and if you've cleared it with your doctor

Absolutely gorgeous. We didn't stay here but it was so interesting to walk through the lobby and learn the history of such a beautiful hotel. The theater was amazing and we had a great time!

Ask your server or bartender for your Urban Bourbon Trail Passport! Try the traditional Mint Julep, made with Maker's Mark and homemade mint syrup, or ask for the "Julep Tea".

The originator of the "Hot Brown", basically a really good turkey club with mornay sauce. Definitely share-able... but in my defense, I was pretty hungry.

In 1926, chef Fred Schmidt served the first “Hot Brown” sandwich to guests, hungry after an evening of dancing. This delicious treat is featured today in many cookbooks.

The legendary Hot Brown sandwich was born here~it's not a trip to Louisville if you don't indulge! This is a classic old school hotel built in 1923~I wish these walls could talk & tell me stories!

The car valet only costs $4 dollars more per night. Definitely worth it when the temperature is subzero.
