A California brewery which doesn't hop everything up! Focus on sour beers and unique beer combinations. Try the Or Xata, an ale take on horchata, and one of the smoking porters.

Classy joint for the craft beer connoisseur. Food truck available outside for nourishment. Flights are reasonably priced are the best way to explore their extensive selection. Experiment and enjoy.

Such an Awesome place probably the only downside is the limited seating they have inside, they should think of expanding a patio outside but another permit will probably be needed, but it's a GOOD Place

Good beer. I especially liked the Loakal Red hoppy American red ale aged with oak. There are Belgian style funky options as well. Great staff. Bring your own food.

Get in early on weekends if you want a seat -- they're all usually taken up by 1:30/2. Flights are always recommended w/their great variations on tap.

Our favorites were the 'Tart of Darkness,' an oak-aged sour stout made with cherries and vanilla bean, and the Autumn Maple, a dark ale with yams and spices. Read more

Not much on the outside, but the beer is fantastic. Staff needs more smiles, come on, you are selling beer! You don't even leave the counter. We got lucky, the Tamarindo food truck was outside! BYOF!

The beer is solid and the food trucks outside are on point. This is a grilled cheese stuffed with crab, lobster and shrimp.

Saison de Lente. Ahhh. And there's always a food truck every Friday night. Kogi, Frysmith, Louks, and plenty others have parked at Bruery to provide food to all the beer drinkers.

So many beers on tap and a lot are higher ABV, it's best to go for the taster flights. They are sushi-menu style 'build-your-own' flights.
