The ferry was awesome! Seeing the beautiful New Orleans skyline like this was definitely a highlight of my trip. $2 each way for a quick ride with beautiful views.
Two bucks for a seven minute ride across the Mississippi.
Fun ride back and forth
Clean and easy to use
$2 each way. It's only about a 15 minute ride, but pretty cool view. Didn't see much on the Algiers side, so I just rode back.
Hurry and ride it while it's still free (until October 1)
Now with shorter hours of operation ;(
Was much faster than expected, and only cost 1$ with car. Can't beat it!!
Beautiful view over the city!
The ferry will not run in heavy fog, if the orange and white var at the top of the ramp is down, be ready for a long wait.
