    Very beautiful and safe area. Pizza, sushi, a statbucks, shopping! everything you need to have a good time. I felt like I can truly be myself here. Plan to come again the future.

    The Castro is bustling all day long, but at night it really comes alive, as the bars from the mint to the midnight sun fill up and the Castro Theater's neon marquee lights up the main drag. Hip!

    Best by day-camera in hand if you'd like to snap some shots of the "clothing optional" Harvey Milk loving community. Great shops and restaurants. Only SF neighborhood that has just a wee bit NYC vibe.
