Don't bother asking them to check the balance on your gift card even after you make a purchase. Nobody here knows how to do it!

This used to be my favorite coffee shop in the area and their iced vanilla latte is the best thing ever.. except I got it a couple days ago and realized they used powder instead of syrup :-/

Their coffee is very good, their tea is also good, but it was too hot. There is a shortage of chairs, yet a table that has no chairs, deeming the table useless. Its also very hot, temperature wise.

A little trendier than starbucks, this location had lively music, bright lights and the graffiti on the wall stood out. The hot chocolate that i had this evening was on point.

Don't accept the foursquare first time check in special even though it says they do. Oatmeal cookie is terrible.

This place is great for an afternoon escape from the hustle and bustle in midtown. If you have a sweet tooth try the cherry tea latte...delish!!!

Looking for alternatives to Starbucks due to long lines. Coffee is ok. The staff is much friendlier than your typical midtown Starbucks.

Terrible service. An iced tea is not the same as a peach iced tea. Also if the drink isn't sweetened, they should let you know that. Never again.

Consistently good tunes on shuffle! Mostly great, sometimes seriously distracting (as in when Salt n Pepa come on & it's time for some impromptu karaoke).

Asked for a caramel latte, got plenty of caramel, but no taste of coffee at all - great place to get a direct infusion of sweetness but they are pricey! Walk down broadway another block for Starbucks!

Originally from California, this coffee franchise claims to be the creator of the iced coffee drink and I believe them! Definitely up to par against Starbucks.

The service is fast and efficient. The ladies are always very chipper in the AM and handle all customers with a smile. The large iced vanilla latte is a necessity to get through the work week.

A reg customer since it opened but just watched the barista pour my skim latte from the same steel pitcher as the previous reg latte. Asked barista to confirm mine was skim and she said yes. Liar.
