The best diversion from Starbucks. Same religion; work with your laptop, read a book while having a coffee or tea, but with a BUNCH more variety of drinking and eating and BETTER coffee!

The coffee and tea selections may be great, and I love the crushed ice cubes- the playlists ROCK, but the cashiers were very rude and impatient and argumentative, I felt very unwelcome!

Cute atmosphere with room to work downstairs. For flavor without too many calories, get the "no sugar added" vanilla powder in your coffee

Head to the bottom floor for a solid place to get work done. Almost always a table open. It is pretty hot down there though

Writing Nook Tip: Best playlists around. You'll be groovin' in your seat! If upstairs is packed, there are seats underground.

If chain you must, a really good diversion from Starbucks. Their light roast is always a good decision.

Extra seating downstairs, although it gets stuffy and hot. Weakest wifi signal in all of Manhattan.

Love their tea lattes! Pick any of their signature teas and they can make it into a latte

Downstairs is best for getting work done and the music is less intense here as well.

Decent place to work with decent coffee. Very limited food and pastry selection. A little small, with a commercial feel to it.

A fan of this chain. Unlike Starbucks, they use power over syrup so the flavor doesn't get stuck at the bottom. Plus there's always seating!
