Best burger in Nola! Get the egg on top and tomato relish on the side. Sweet potato fries are perfectly crispy and you can get varieties of homemade mayo in the back. Try the basil and truffle.

Head here for an essential New Orleans burger, made with two griddled patties of house-ground brisket and chuck, American cheese, red onion, and bread and butter pickles.

Having had everything they serve, try the company burger or single with an egg and a bit of ketchup! The owner swears that is the perfect taste profile and I agree. Also try the pork rinds, delicious!

It doesn't hurt that chef/owner Adam Biderman opened the shop after a stint at Atlanta spot Holeman & Finch. He was responsible for the uber-famous burger there. [Eater 38 Member]

Tony heads to Company Burger for some classic cheeseburger greatness. Chef/owner Adam Biderman opened the shop after serving as the opening chef de cuisine at famed Atlanta spot, Holeman & Finch.

Their current special is the mushroom-Swiss burger. It is delicious, and a little sweet. Add some your level of desired spice and it works great!

CNN Burger List: Like New York City’s Shake Shack, which I also admire immensely, it represents the best instincts of high modern gastronomy, grappling with something humble and traditional.

The Company Burger is awesome! Never experienced so many unique flavors from 1 burger. Make sure to grab some mayos from the mayo bar for your fries, because the burger won't need it.

Homemade Mayo, hand cut fries n onion rings. They make there own pickles which I don't care for. 50 cent tomato add on, no lettuce with yuck American cheese. Overall better than Cowbells, its good

Literally the best hamburger I've ever eaten. I was blown away. Toasted and buttered bun, fresh/local and juicy but cooked patty, homemade condiments that are awesome!

Try the Turkey Burger (with tomato jam and arugula); It is great! They also have Fanta in a glass bottle just like back in Africa! Really great place!

The burgers are all excellent as well as their onion rings dipped in the various flavors or mayo from their homemade mayo bar! Great food, great price.

Delicious but the burger is basically a Wendy's double stack. So overpriced in that respect. The tots were good, not exceptional. The onion rings, made with what appears to be chicken fry, was great.

After working at Atlanta's Holeman & Finch (also on the 38), Adam Biderman headed home to New Orleans. He now makes what Feast Portland's Mike Thelin calls his "favorite burger place."
