Everything! Green beans tasted so close to my mom's. Fresh from her garden. Smothered Pork Chop and Chicken n dumplings are my favorites. Cheerwine on the soft drink selection makes me miss home

Wow! The BEST Southern food I have had in Florida. You get a plate worth of food for $8 with a drink. Service is great & they let you try the food before getting it as well. It gets packed though!

It was great. Get there early cause a line forms fast. The catfish and grits was great. Aldo the fried okra and broccoli salad. My guest had the shrimp and grits. It was yummy too.

If you've been to 4 Rivers you know the portions, the tea, the desserts, and the bottled drinks. The seating is mismatched tables and chairs. The meatloaf and the size of the fried chicken, = winner.

Pork chops fall off the bone. Smashed potatoes is homemade with excellent gravy to compliment. The best bread pudding ever in my life. Be sure to save room.

Visited this establishment again and loved it! The line was shorter and I had never tried shrimp & grits that I loved until I tried theirs. Go to the coop!

The organic roasted chicken, candied yams, and smashed potatoes were very good. My husband had the fried chicken and French fries - he said his dinner was also good.

Split the 16 pc chicken meal with my friends. Food was as close to home cooking as I could find in this area. Definitely will be back again.

Loved the fried chicken, Hoppin' John was very flavorful, mac and 3 cheese had a bit of a sweetness after taste to it.

If you go for breakfast. They do not butter the toast. I couldn't find any in the dining room either but by that time it won't melt anyway. Get a biscuit instead of toast,

Catfish and grits needs a punch of flavor to brighten it up. I didn't notice the hot sauce on my table until it was too late.

It's okay. I don't really see what the fuss is about. They say it is southern cooking but honestly it's more what a northerner would say is southern cooking.
