Pinnacle of gastropub-ery. Best guinness and oyster spot in London. Don't mess with the local flavor and if you're stopping by for a "scene" take your sorry arse across the street to The Westbourne.

Similar to the Westbourne Pub across the road. Quite the hip crowd and great in summer. They have pretty amazing Oysters and generally good seafood for a pub.
Excellent gastropub - quality seafood. You can eat downstairs, but I like the restaurant upstairs. Go to the Westbourne across the road for a drink before.
Apparently what Brits serve as pub food here is far superior than average bar food in the US. The only reason why theirs is called finger food is because you're eating crabs and oysters bare-handed!

Great English Ale selection. Have a pint of prawns, rock oysters, and anything from the daily specials menu. Hands down my favorite pub in London.

Directly opposite is the Westbourne Tavern. During the Nottinghill Carnival they lay down sand on the floor instead of chairs and tables! AWESOME!
