Pinnacle of gastropub-ery. Best guinness and oyster spot in London. Don't mess with the local flavor and if you're stopping by for a "scene" take your sorry arse across the street to The Westbourne.
Fantastic seafood in a cosy pub. Sounds like the perfect weekend treat
Similar to the Westbourne Pub across the road. Quite the hip crowd and great in summer. They have pretty amazing Oysters and generally good seafood for a pub.
Excellent gastropub - quality seafood. You can eat downstairs, but I like the restaurant upstairs. Go to the Westbourne across the road for a drink before.
Apparently what Brits serve as pub food here is far superior than average bar food in the US. The only reason why theirs is called finger food is because you're eating crabs and oysters bare-handed!
one of my favorite places in London's Notting Hill. Cool, trendy and great Guinness and Crab/Oysters
Oysters. Fish stew. Done.
Great Guinness and Oysters ... an old favourite
Not your typical traditional pub as The Cow serves mainly seafood! For a different London pub experience, be sure to visit here!
Loved the oysters and fish!! 😋😋
Not your traditional pub food as this place specialises in Seafood, but boy is it good! The cosy atmosphere is our favourite!
More of a stand outside but always a fun vibe.
hugger mugger, always a good (chip stealing) crowd here
One of the most tender steaks around.
If you’re keen to use the World Cup as an excuse to eat your way around the world, The Cow’s head chef will be whipping up specials from the countries that are playing on the night.
Best fish stew in town!
Shot of the menu
Seriously average. Trading on past glorious?
Pint of prawns and a Guinness - simplicity at its best. The best pub in London with 1st class seafood.
Worst waitress ever. Not a newbie, just f#ing stupid
Great English Ale selection. Have a pint of prawns, rock oysters, and anything from the daily specials menu. Hands down my favorite pub in London.
Love the Cow. Unpretentious and good food.... Great NH pub.
Wow absolute morons.
Kitchen open until 22.30.
The crab tagliolini are delicious.
LOVE the fish stew
1/2 pint of prawns, Guinness & sausages - nom nom!
For a Sunday lunch of course the English roast
Since you're so close why don't you come in for a Guiness
no hassle, around the corner ...
Try the liver and mash. Amazing
Adore the fish soup!
Directly opposite is the Westbourne Tavern. During the Nottinghill Carnival they lay down sand on the floor instead of chairs and tables! AWESOME!
Guinness & oysters - can't go wrong.
Crab and chilli linguine is a winner
Mid week set menus upstairs are fantastic value and the chefs have a changing menu every week.
