The service here is seriously below par. Food is good but overpriced. It's no rockpool bar and grill or chop house. Don't waste your time/money.
4 hour slow roasted wagyu is nice!! The sauce come with it makes it perfect! But the riverine is not that good. Next time I will try wagyu sirloin.
The cut didn't make the cut, signature cut unavailable, wine selection unavailable. Entree was meh. Ended up ordering the waygu scotch fillet - waaaay too much gristle. marrow side dish was good...

Lovely service. Got free cocktails because we had 2 wait 20mins longer 4 our table. Pork belly =amazing. So was the Wagyu steak. Love this place!

The slow roast is the signature dish and is really not to be missed. Cured meat plate has some really tasty Viande des Grisons, awesome!
Pretty expensive - but very good. The 4 hour roasted beef is fabulious. Count on at least 70$ pr person.
Wagyu sirloin and slow roast wagyu was really tender. Potato purée was extremely salty, changed it to roasted potatoes with pork. Must order the cabbage salad with jamon and poached eggs! Tangy!
Just had few entrees and waiting for mains, coming back for sure! Kingfish was delish and scallops!!!
I can't begin to describe the poached meringue except to say it was the most inventive sweet I have ever experienced. The server's description was intriguing as well. It is a must!!
