This is a great pick when we’re in town on business. The business center is one of the finest in town, and the staff is ultra-helpful. It’s also a decent pick if we’re here to relax, too. Read more

The Colonnade. Best Sunday brunch in town. Book early especially on those special holidays like Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day.....or you'll never get in.

    Mike Reid · October 26, 2011
  • Greg B.

Be sure to stop by La Loggia in the lobby area. It may look a tad bit stuff and over-sophisticated, but cocktails are served with class and they have nightly happy hour beer and wine specials.

Great hotel but second the idea that you're better walking across the street for the blue duck.

Great lobby with talented pianist. Look for deals online. Daily rate was over $800/night but we got it for $130'ish. Room doors slam so be prepared for a noisy morning when guests are checking out.

Don't go to Juniper, the Fairmont Restaurant, if you are up for a walk. Go to Riz, or better yet Eric Ripert's West End Bistro, two blocks away at the Ritz-Carlton. Read more
