All the food was great! Must try the Rocky Mountain Oysters! I had the bison filet, teriyaki quail, and the elk chop. Fantastic food and service!

The servers wear costumes, walls are hung with artifacts of the Indian-fighter culture of Olde Time Colorado, and the menu is an intellectual exploration of the West's close-to-the-land culinary past. Read more

The best, most flavorful, before dinner salad. Ginger soaked jicama...chipotle mango dressing, unexpected and delicious!

The pictures on the walls are the people of Bent's Fort - 1833-1849. Colorado history all around you.

The Fort has some great views of the Colorado mountains, also some really great game meat... The quail and buffalo runs were really good and it's located really near to Red Rocks Amphitheater

Good food always and a unique experience. Elk, caribou, rocky mountain oysters, rattlesnake, veal, buffalo... It's all here. I don't care for the bone marrow though
