Selected by ESPN as "NYC's Ultimate Sports Bar" for 2014. The Garden at Studio Sqaure is comprised of two large indoor areas and a cobblestone courtyard with dozens of TV screens and an HD video wall.
  • Indulgent Eats
This giant beer garden comes complete with a giant TV screen, perfect for spending a summer day or night watching a game or fight while drinking spiked lemonades and Heineken out of a plastic trophy.

Came for the silent disco on a Friday night hosted by QuietEvents. Huge space, Fun time, friendly crowd, good DJs. Note Only the main bar accepted credit cards. I'd go again just to hang out.

Souvlaki was my favorite food here. Nicely spiced and grilled. Very moist. The wings are breaded. Eh. Awesome place to people watch & drink with friends on a warm day/evening. Karoake Weds, Bands Fri.

Crowded and a surprisingly TERRIBLE beer selection for a "beer garden" but the ample outdoor space makes up for it. You're here with a group of friends anyways so they make up for the shitty beer.

Set in the cobblestone courtyard of an erstwhile factory in Queens, this spot holds up to 1,800 guests who come for 20-plus European and American brews on tap, plus hamburgers, sausages, even sushi. Read more

Awesome outdoor patio to watch sports! For some events they may charge entrance fee and will only take cash, so if you're planning on eating and drinking here bring your bucks!

Huge ass beer garden swarmed by the local bros, douche bags, etc. The food is overpriced as well. But thankfully their PPV for UFC fights are free and the huge screen for fights is amazing.

The main draw of this Astoria beer hall is its 30,000-square-foot cobblestoned courtyard, which features a fire pit and picnic tables galore, plus a projection screen for games. Read more

Reliable place for yummy nachos and a fun, laid-back night... but looking at the ridiculously huge TV screen in the garden is like staring directly into the sun. Wayyyy too bright!

Huge outdoor beer garden space in the back, great for larger crowds of friends. The projection screen is insanely bright at night. Try the cherry wheat beer, bar in the front.

They have a huge beer garden filled with tons of tables and TV's for you to watch the game on. While here check out the drink specials like $10 pitchers of Coors Light.

Despite its fratty clientele, they serve good beer outdoors in a shady, communal environment. Can't say that about any of the fake "beer gardens" PR flacks have tried to convince us exist this summer.

They only take cash here. I noticed that it was more of an "older" crowd, meaning I didn't see too many college students. The fries are so good, I think they sprinkle Old Bay on them or something.

This bar has a great atmosphere but a little Queens-esque. Stay away from the hip hop festival. Any hip hop festival that doesn't pay tribute to Mary J in my opinion is just disrespectful.

gorgeous beer garden, great pretzels, good beer. clean bathrooms, also a win. a great alternative to the other beer garden down by Astoria Blvd. cleaner, classier, still awesome.

Great options for non-beer drinkers. Good sangria! Tequila options for 'em hard-liquor drinkers - chocolate, tropical and jalapeno! amazing food not too expensive! i'm excited!

This place is cash only, which is kinda lame if you want to get wasted. But they do have an ATM that has a $1 something fee which isn't too bad. So, make sure to bring a lot of cash!

The tap list is split between German staples (Hofbrau, Spaten, etc.) and some of the better mass-produced American beers--as well as a few local breweries.

The place itself is great. Great beer and good food. However, if you do come, bring a group because everyone else here is pretty terrible. You will be annoyed by this crowd.

This place is for the club kids that think it's cool to eat sushi at a so called "beer garden". I see more makeup on girls than beer in pint glasses. The Bohemian makes this place look like a joke...

In terms of square footage (including the garden area), this might be the biggest sports bar in NYC. Solid wings and obviously ample seating even on Sundays.

Dumb policy. $25 min on credit cards but you can't keep tab open to reach it. Bartender's solution was to order extra drinks up front and let them get warm.

This place is full of meatheads from Manhattan and Wrong Island complaining that there is no good beer garden in Manhattan. Go to Bohemian Hall if you want a good vibe. Crowd here is LAME.

$7/beer? As a beer garden? Really? Way overpriced. Staff is not very attentive at all. Go to Bohemian Hall up on Astoria Blvd if you want a great time. So much better.
