Check out the men's bargain cart on the second floor after hitting up the dollar per pound section! Shirts for $1 and sweaters for $2. It's a lot easier to sort though and the items are nicer!

Go upstairs and head to the right and keep on going until you hit the back room. The best collection of vintage threads in town

The staff is extremely helpful; if you have trouble finding a part of a costume or outfit, they'll point you in the right direction. Just ask!

Go the The Garment District to find a funky outfit to wear...anywhere. But try Dollar-A-Pound's pile of clothes on the floor to gather up outfits and odds-and-ends for a $1.50 a pound. :)

The $1.00 per pound room is well worth the dig! I recently found a Bonwit Teller Private Label coat in near MINT condition!

Clothes by the pound still a thing after all these years. And it's only gone up .50 cents (to $1.50) since I was a kid.

Very unique. I thought I walked into a teenagers bedroom, but it all worked. It was sorta fun rummaging around. Costume store was a homerun.
