Decent rooms though decaying - but not stylishly. Good bar and team rooms for meets or stop over when travelling.
Don't be fooled by the impressive lobby: rooms are small and boring. Breakfast was a desaster.
Beautiful lobby and restaurant.
Looking over Buckingham Palace and the hotel grounds, this hotel is the perfect spot to stay in London if you're looking for a classy, traditional stay in the City.
Avoid Starbucks and pop into The Grosvenor for a coffee - much better.

Enjoy tea and a sandwich as you overlook Buckingham Palace and the gorgeous grounds. The perfect trip.
Amazing hotel...kind and helpful staff...excellent service...clean and beautiful room...Plenty of thanks to Mr Zohaib for our marvelous stay
Good hotel with nice clean rooms. Bar service is almost non-existent in the lobby lounge bar though.
Terrible food & service here for breakfast. Avoid! Full English was cold. 2 waiters, few tables occupied, but nobody came.
Room 643 ... 10mins maze with a little jigsaw puzzle on two different lifts before arriving to my room... And you'll hear continuous footsteps& door closing from your neighbours over the thin walls...
There's a like mini-lobby between the floors for residents to escape their rooms.
great hotel with a great location. Breakfast was delicious.
Ask for deluxe room in the main building. It is spacious and comfortable.
Wonderful hotel. Free WiFi and comfortable rooms. Will be back.
There's an entrance directly from the train station: no need to get wet if it's raining. It's somewhere near the ticket selling area.
Standard rooms are very bad I prefer suit or king. And if you missed to breakfast next street they have a great int house of pancakes places great place and also price not to bad. And don't forget to
Avoid eating in their restaurant. Bad service, bad food, overpriced
will stay here again, had a great stay. we had a nice quiet room and the free wifi is great too
Ideal place to have a quiet coffee or tea in bustling Victoria. However cost of latte with complimentary buttery biscuits will set you ??? In comparison to Cafe Nero or Starbucks and no free wifi.
Very small rooms for an upgraded version!
Don't irritate the king bad things happen.
Room has Bose iPod docking station and free wi-fi included. A first in my experience for London.
Free wifi and clean/classy bathrooms. Wait here in a comfy armchair before getting your train
Wifi from BTOpenzone is now free at the hotel. Some blind spots in the rooms exist, though.
Tiny room but free Wifi that's working just fine.
They no longer do decent sized pots of tea in here which is disappointing :-(
They tell you your room key needs to be validated to get into the gym. Last two times I've been here mine has worked fine without filling out the silly "health" form at the front desk.
An iPod Dock in the room - very nice!
That's a perfect place to drink after 11pm))
WiFi is now free - a very welcome development!
Some of the comments here seem to refer to the Grosvenor House Hotel. Wifi is free, rooms very smart, Grand Imperial restaurant excellent.
Restored, clean, convenient and cheap if you score a deal. Don't listen to morons thinking they're booking the Ritz who end up disappointed. Rock solid.
WiFi is not free. For me a good hotel must include WiFi.
The sight of Buckingham Palace, Palace Gardens and more greet you in your bedrooms here. Flat screen TVs, iPod docking stations, Elemis products and more are also included in the room.
Leave your bags with the concierge before you go for breakfast
Good location, ok rooms, but terrible wifi and you even have to pay extra for it
Refurb almost finished, Hotel looks stunning!
Stayed here twice recently. Great hotel and location. Renovation of rooms almost complete - wifi must have been upgraded. Yes it's £10 but that's cheaper than most hotels and it was super fast.
Very bad quality/price quality...small rooms and ironboards for babies.. A definetly no!
Make sure to get a renovated room. Lot of character but not my cup of tea. Huge fan of the royal garden hotel.
Terrific location, rooms and breakfast. Terrrible wi-fi
The coffee is not the best.
If you're window is open you'll heat the bin lorry!
Rooms are very small.
If there is construction at the station you can feel it in the rooms.
First time here and the room was shocking. Booked executive double and was tiny, a mess and the mattress was very uncomfortable. Lovely looking place just a shame about the house keeping.
Watch out the wifi is £10 a day through BT Openzone. NOT included in the room rate. Rip off!
