A cozy little spot to bring your book or laptop & snuggle up with some coffee & a sandwich. Rustic in feel, the fireplace & pillows make this a very easy place to get lost for an afternoon. - Jill
Go to The Grove and get a breakfast burrito. The hash browns are inside it. Yes!
really good fresh squeezed orange juice!
Drink orange juice fresh from their orange juice machine.
Fresh Orange Juice straight up, or in your Mimosa!
Have the tomato soup, the grilled cheese and hummus and pita.
Best BLT in the city! Don't forget to order a cookie.
The Chai is delicious!!!! The nachos are awesome!
Guys, Moroccanian vegetables with couscous are extremely tasty!
Breakfast burrito is still amazing but they don't have wifi anymore. Apparently they want people to talk to each other more. To avoid that, just tether!
Best chicken pot pie I've ever had - unbelievable
I have dreams about the lavender and watermelon lemonades here. The watermelon is only available during the summer months. Get it with the breakfast burrito. Everything else on the menu is subpar.
The chicken pot pie will not disappoint: tasty crust over bowl of heaping comfort food.
No other place in the city is as bad as managing their food inventory as the Grove. Want steak? Oops they're out of it. Want spinach dip? Oops they're out of it. Open 2+ years, Grove you suck.
Get the breakfast burrito. Best item on the menu.
Nice place to hang out!
Great place to connect with friends and I love the ice tea!
No longer has wifi, which makes the unnecessarily overpriced food taste slightly worse.
Unfortunately the breakfast here is quite boring and overpriced, the music is irritatingly loud, and is overall unpleasant.
This and La Boulange (across the street) are the only spots along this stretch of Fillmore where you can get a weekday cafe lunch sans the Ladies Who Lunch crowd.
WiFi needs a code that lasts only an hour. If you want to get on with work royal ground coffee up the road is a better choice.
Yummy Healthy Eggs Pomodoro and fresh squeezed OJ for breakfast!
A great place to come to stare people down until they get out of the 'good' seats. :-)
A nice place to read a book and drink some beer
The Grove then Harry's next door is a killler combo.
Grilled cheese and tomato soup is amazing!
The lattes and beers are gigantic. The pretty patrons help with the consumption, heh.
Their Orange Juice is great.
Awesome place. Great customer service. And the Apple Chicken salad isn't bad either. Two thumbs up!
great place just don't sit near the restroom!
Don't be fooled by the 'free' Wi-Fi, its only free if you spend 5 bucks, not $2.19 on a coke.
Best BLT's ever.
have the tomato soup
Orange juice, great eggs and avocado
$15 for breakfast burrito and a coffee. No wifi and no free refills on coffee. So in other words, "give us your money and get the f out". Used to love this place.
Unimpressed by the espresso drinks - they taste almost burnt.
The cookies aren't very good but the real food is. Delicious lasagna and I hear the chicken pot pie is exceptional.
Best Egg Florentine!
Miss The Grove on Chestnut St. This one's just as good and also is an excuse to get some exercise walking up Fillmore St.
A good easy alternative when on Fillmore. Their chicken pot pie is amaze-balls!
Best Brunch in the city!
Try the Eggs Florentine "Dave's way"
What is in the hash browns?? Delish!!
Oatmeal cookie is a must!
Try the Chicken Pot Pie - Thanksgiving variation
Closest thing I've found to a real pub atmosphere in SF. That is, you can go there and get a beer and take your time about it. With friends or on your own reading. Food is good but a touch pricey?
Very generous and super chill. Definitely recommend checking it out.
Eggs fiorentina. Good start for a Ljung day :)
Try the Made to order crock of French Onion Soup - Who knew u would need a fork to eat your soup!!!
