    Nothing bad on the menu, but a particular mention for the duck fat chips which are probably the best chips I've had (and I've had a lot; they beat Heston's) and the Chocolate & Ale cake is sensational

    Had a wonderful Birthday meal; great food, wonderful service and a relaxed atmosphere. The Duck fat chips are legendary. Best of all..they left me a Birthday Card & personalised my Chocolate Cake!

    The H&F isn't very vegetarian friendly with no vegetarian dishes on the menu (though ask and they'll offer some). This only made me like the place all the more!

    My girlfriend and I had a wonderful meal on valentines day 2012. The food was nothing less then fantastic as was the accommodation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Hand & Flowers to anyone.

    There are few better places to eat in England than here. Personally, i prefer it to Le Manoir. Shin of beef is spectacular, the duck fat chips are incredible and the omelette breathtaking. Big fan!
