The Home Depot #6957 isn't just a hardware store. We provide tools, appliances, outdoor furniture, building materials to Brooklyn, residents. Let us help with your project today!
bring lunch and a good sense of humor
The employees are really friendly here!
Don't expect a single employee to be polite or helpful. The WORST staff here. At least a dozen eye rolling, rude, moody, idiots working here when I shopped.
It gets points for existing and having wood but like the worst place. If you Uber make sure to text them to say you're at HD or they could end up in gated in the weird school turnaround
The staff is either warm or cold, never inbetween.
Best avoided if possible. There's a Lowes in Gowanus.
The customer service has been better recently, minus the paint counter. They don't have any paint stirrers which is ridiculous. Other Home Depots give them away for free when you buy paint.
Easy access for people in Bedstuy w/o cars.. Bringing home big, bulky supplies take one of the private vans, they help you load on and off for a very affordable price.
I work here lol
Staff mostly sucks. They ask if you need help but continue on with their conversations with each other. I had several keys made and every single one didn't fit in the door or couldn't work the lock.
great store to find home office stuff
If you don't know what you're looking for, don't go here expecting help. For every 6 people, only 1 person has a clue. If you do visit this store, ask for Raj. He's the only one that gives a sh*t!
Last place I want to be right now. I'm literally rotting here in line
Rudeeeeeee & unfriendly people working here. 😠
We are doing serious gardening. I love NYC in the spring!
There's free coffee on a table by the exit : )
Had friendly, helpful service today and the past few times I've been in here. Big difference from a few years ago.
Worst customer service at any store. Employees have no idea where anything is located. They got upset that I was asking fir help.
The Home Deep-NO!
Oh man. Little sense of urgency. Be self-sufficient; getting assistance is like pulling teeth. Asked for an idle self-service station to be cleared so line could move -- rec'd some stellar side-eye.
This is the absolute worst Home Depot. They do not update the stock on the website with what is actually in the store.
Tons of flowers and plants!
The key cutting station looks DIY, but it's not; that's actually just because no one bothers to call anyone over to help you.
if you can, go to any other Home Depot on the planet.
The worst customer service
Worst home Depot in the country.
why not have the tips Show more recent on 4sq'2 So more Relevant
Store has really improved in past couple years. Fun place to be.
Wesley in kitchen-design department is great
Being snacks and water so you can survive the really long lines.
This store sucks.
I found the one person here that actually does their job and goes the extra mile and its not a sales associate.
This should had been a Stop&Shop, worse home depot ever, never have sale items, what they do have are excuses awhole lot of them.. What a damn waste. How do I get the out my neighborhood..
FYI, the entrance is on Walworth Street.
It's not understaffed.. Most of them are hiding.
Just bought two grills from their at a great price
You can't enter on sanford street...:(
The servise is so much better now must have done a staff overhaul!
They are way more friendly, helpful and attentive in the morning
the home depot where sadness goes to be sad (but does the job when you're in a pinch)
The bed side manner isn't great here. Big though.
You can buy tools here...
Always get the help I need, one of my faves. But it IS a smaller one- so smaller staff and less selection.
Customer service sucks at this store
If you are looking for quality decorative planters, ask to see Cobraco® Decorative Planters and biodegradable coco-liners!
Worst Home Depot ever. Poor layout, horrible service and messy shelves. Go to the ones in Manhattan or Queens - it's around the same driving/transit time anyway. Or Lowe's in Red Hook. Way better stor
Gary in contractor services is your man.
David in paint is very knowledgable and super nice.
They have Apple WIFI :O)
