Yum! The chocolate chip muffins were sooo good. And $1.99 for the special beer? Yes! I had pulled pork and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. Substituted regular fries for sweet potato

We ate here twice while staying on Sanibel Island. You have to try one of the seafood baskets. I had the half and half with clam straps and shrimps with sweet potato fries. So good!!!

We love the Island Cow! Awesome breakfast complete with muffins for the table. Our server was friendly, the atmosphere is very eclectic-Sanibel-y and the food was great. Great choice on the island.

Excellent food and atmosphere. I had some kebabs with a weird name like Cowzboy Kebobs that were really good - shrimp, scallops and beef. And they serve Starbucks coffee !

The combo tacos were the best! Corn flake crusted mahi-mahi and boom-boom sauced shrimp can't steer (pun intended) you wrong. Happy tummy at The Island Cow!

Red beans and rice is just like they make in Haiti! Sweet potato fries and regular fries are the best I've ever had... soft, but not mushy; firm, but not crunchy!

Great place for families (lots of variety, large portions, o.k. Prices) but the food itself is fairly generic. Not a whole lot of taste or originality.
