Wings were mediocre, shrimp and grits were decent but everything is overpriced... except the $2 drafts. Still looking for a decent place to eat on Sanibel.

We ate here twice while staying on Sanibel Island. You have to try one of the seafood baskets. I had the half and half with clam straps and shrimps with sweet potato fries. So good!!!

We love the Island Cow! Awesome breakfast complete with muffins for the table. Our server was friendly, the atmosphere is very eclectic-Sanibel-y and the food was great. Great choice on the island.

Yum! The chocolate chip muffins were sooo good. And $1.99 for the special beer? Yes! I had pulled pork and it was exactly what I was in the mood for. Substituted regular fries for sweet potato

Red beans and rice is just like they make in Haiti! Sweet potato fries and regular fries are the best I've ever had... soft, but not mushy; firm, but not crunchy!

    Trevor Nashleanas · June 2, 2014

We thought this would be a child friendly place. But the waitress did not even ask what we would like to order for our little daughter! Also there were crayons but no paper. Daughter unhappy.

It was way not that good than expected. Our waitress seemed to be annoyed and she did not smile on time. Maybe she does not like her job. Food was ok but not exceptional!
