So many different options for what we can order here, so we try to change it up each time we visit. Our favorite still remains the Spicy Pork Meatball Smash followed by an ice cream sandwich.

I had some of the best meatballs and mashed potatoes in this place. Get the steak, bacon, and cheese meatballs with Parmesan cream sauce when you get a chance here. They melt in your mouth!

Date Night Is... a trip to The Meatball Shop where you can construct your own meal on their mad-lip style menus. TIP: their ice cream sandwiches are totally sharable and well worth the splurge!

The meatballs are a tad overhyped, but that's ok. They probably won't actually change your life. The fun part is mixing and matching with sauces. Pair with a glass of red. Loved the Parmesan cream!

the kitchen sink salad here is about ten times better than you think it will be. arugula, apple cider dressing & a pile of roasted veggies. a most satisfying lunch, esp paired w/a glass of beaujolais

One of the smaller Meatball Shops we've been to but the best service, by far. The lunch crowd seems to come later on the weekend so getting there at noon almost guarantees little/no wait.

Ask for Brian he is awesome. Mark the menu to order. They do meatballs and they do them well. Save room for the ice cream. It is a must.

We had the bunny (rabbit) ball today for Easter. Fun and friendly place. Sliders and mashed meatballs were fun too. Skip the chicken meatballs. Love the staff "Eat My Balls" t-shirt.

Leave space for a build your own ice cream sandwich - they have rotating specials for both the cookies & ice cream. For standard items though, snickerdoodle + brown sugar ice cream is divine!

No matter how you choose to eat them, the meatballs are solid: juicy, well-seasoned, and tasty, if not life-changing. Good with cheap beer.

Making a sequel is always risky, but when you break trail & introduce liquor that's just downright ballsy. The Shop's 2nd outpost, in Williamsburg, is an example. The same ball spread prevails. Read more

For a joint with "Meatball" in the name there are a surprising variety of veggie options. Get your meatball on and your veggie on -- make Mom proud. (PS: There's a daily Jello shot for $3!)

Open late, this is a cozy last stop in one of Brooklyn's most vibrant neighborhoods. Wash down a trio of meatballs—vegetarians, we promise you will not be disappointed—with a classic Old Fashioned.

The chicken meatball should not be confused with a diet meatball. It's delicious. And it goes fantastically with mushroom gravy, side of risotto or polenta, and dessert of ice cream sando.

Meatballs in sliders, in heroes, and smashed on brioche. But we like them "naked," with a ladleful of sauce and bit of Focaccia to the side.
