Not hands on cooking class, but very educational instruction (like a cooking show). They provide a full lunch worth of food. Highly recommend to learn the history of New Orleans food. Julie was great!

Chef Kevin is the bomb! You'll love his stories as much as the food he shows you how to make. Jambalaya, gumbo, pralines! Buy his spice too!

Still a great thing to do in NOLA, but was better in the past when the Abita came in bottles and I could have more than one praline.
