Roast lamb is superb! Great cask ales too, perfect way to wile away a sunny Sunday afternoon in the garden with the chickens!
Second home. Cozy, warm and conveniently located. Excellent fish n chips.
Great location with parking at the rear. Service is good but a bit pricey on sandwiches
Nice and cosy place. Good food And service nothing to complaint about really x
Ahh, This is where I met my fiance all of 7 years ago
Slowest pub in the world bar none.
I met my soon to be husband in here 5 years ago!!!!
VEGETARIANS AVOID. One option (tart), and they had to do a comprised version as they didn't have most of the ingredients. Was told pointedly that "they often sell out late in an evening". It was 8.30.
Nice quiet pub
Great pub with awesome selection of ales
Understaffed and in needs some TLC, bar is dusty and dirty, tables not cleared and I had to pay £10 upfront to open a tab?I used to love this place a few years ago what's happened?!
Went for lunch today. Roast was average, you could tell that it was mass produced and they were churning them out. Didn't have the dessert I wanted. Service was good, atmosphere good, food average.
Chimay beer can't be served in a normal glass. But in here nobody cares, should i?!?
Good food all round don't get the roast on a Sunday very popular
Very poor food service unfortunately for a place with a great location and venue!
Good pub for trainspotting in the garden! Great beer selection, nice food too. Bar can be slow when busy though.
awesome Dark Beers
Very nice n cosy - but absolutely right about the slow bar ! Restaurant style service. Love the garden.
Nice pub, but service is shockingly slow when it's busy
Great selection of ales.
The best fish and chips. Melts in your mouth.
Solid and reasonably priced pub / restaurant with good beer/cider/lambic selection. Grab a seat then order & pay at the bar.
