Be patient if there is a wait, it is well worth it. Don't get miffed at their seating policy either, as crazy as it seems it really does work. The staff is very pleasant for such a busy environment!

Really excellent diner fare for breakfast (pictured: huevos rancheros) and lunch. It'll look chaotic when you get there. You gotta just get online on trust the system -they run a tight ship in there.

Unique setup. You wait in line, then order, then are seated. It works though and the pancakes & eggs are great! Try it out! This place has been here a long time.

Absolute MUST for breakfast. From the refreshing fresh squeezed OJ to the to-die-for, one-of-a-kind caramel banana French toast it is just perfection and should be voted the best bfast in the city!

The pancakes were, hands down, the best I've ever eaten. Enjoy the unusual setup (line up, order, get your food, then sit) for the experience that it is. The food was delicious & worth the wait!!

Order a side of real Vermont maple syrup for your order. It's worth the extra charge to have the warm, velvety sweetness cascading over your pancakes. I'm being poetic because it's that good.

It has great food, but very small and the lines are long. They did move pretty fast but you might be left with no place to set for a few minutes. This is no place for a quiet breakfast. Just delicious

The wait for brunch at this cafeteria-style joint in the historic Beacon Hill area is amply rewarded by malted Belgian waffles or feta cheese, spinach & tomato omelettes. - Green Guide Editor

I had the chocolate chip pancakes with applewood smoked bacon and Vermont maple syrup and orange juice (freshly squeezed). Expensive as breakfasts go, but oh so delicious!

I wouldn't complain about the wait. Standing in line, practically salivating over the shoulders of those just receiving their just makes the already-delicious meal taste even better!

If you're coming here on a weekend, plan to arrive by 7:55am & wait patiently until they open at 8. If you stroll in at 9, then expect to wait - the line gets pretty long.

Someone here said that the owners are "uppity" about the order/pay/get seated system. Constant queue of 50+ people & you're still guaranteed an immediate table. Whoever complains doesn't get it.
