The Best Sound in Town!!
Great venue. Got some good shows.
One of the best venues in Austin. Good sound & a nice interior space. But the sloped wooden walls are a bit odd.
This spot is the jam.
My favorite spot in Austin to catch live music. The people who work here are like a family and a great crowd comes in for almost every event.
1) Stephan for the underground is chill as fuck 2) Keith at the door is the best 3) Chris is by far the best bartender, tip him well! ;) #GREATNIGHTMADE
Awful venue. Came for Julianna Barwick on the 2nd floor and can't hear a thing. Floor and walls are shaking because there's a bar on the 1st floor. Worst audio experience ever. Won't be coming back.
R3MIX Wednesdays is a great monthly event with awesome EDM music. Goes down at the Parish Underground every third Wednesday of the month.
I challenge you to dislike a place where you can get an ice cold shot of Fireball and a Ruby Redbird for $7.
Nice setup. Another piece of authentic Austin.
Quality music as usual...
This is the place baby!!
Check-in at Karaoke RVs, active between 14:00 - 18:00 (+8 GMT) or 12:00 - 04:00 Austin time. Active date confirmed March 09, 2013. Below the Example venue
The locals recommend this place. They have a lot of greats shows this year @ SxSW, including Beach Fossils. Check them out on Spotify: http://spoti.fi/W8My91
Great sightlines and sound. What more could you ask for?
Wild Flag gig #SXSW
Have a BLUEMOON and get ready to rock! loved it
One of my favorite music venues. This place has great sound and acoustics plus much more spacious and comfortable than most places in Austin.
Amazing venue to see bands - great sound. Love love love seeing shows here.
This venue has the best sound of all the divey joints on Sixth street.
Not a bad spot in the place to see a show. Make sure to go to snag a photo from side stage on way to bathroom, pretty rad.
An Austin favorite. Quality music, cheap drinks & a great sound system!
If you're looking for a venue with great sound the Parish is it. Not to mention that you can see the stage perfectly from almost an locale. Make sure to check out the roof too!
The sound in here is unbeatable. Can't wait for "The Good Danny's + Navigational Society Party during SXSW! (FREE with RSVP on do512.com)
You have a great view of the stage from anywhere at this venue. Come to do512.com to see what's going on here during SXSW
Available for weddings, probably cheaper than the downtown churches.
Stick something in Mikey's beard!!!
Drinks here tend to be more expensive than you'd pay for at any other venue, so pay attention to your tab or else you'll burn a hole in your wallet.
Great looking and sounding venue. A few seats would have been great.
Great sounding room. Stop by Casino el Camino beforehand for an amazing burger.
Free Beer and Champagne while supplies last

The Soldier Thread is the bomb! Back in February
With a 450 capacity, The Parish has hosted musical legends such as Pete Townshend, Slash, and Perry Farrell as well as independent artists such as Grizzly Bear and Yeasayer.
Walk a few doors east (towards the highway) for one of my favorite places to get post/pre show drinks – Shakespeares. Make sure to head to the roof. – Robert F.
DJ Mel's Casbah nights are the truth!! Don't sleep!!!
#sxsw tip: skip the line. Go in through in through bikinis bar next door. Walk through the back and around. Good luck.
The sound here is so good... Everyone sounds better...
Check out the laser guided hand air dryer in the men's bathroom.
