Rooms are a bit outdated, but the staff is wonderful and helpful.
Great location but to be avoided if you are expecting a five star accommodation, lounge or service. Needs a reboot of epic proportions. Beds are good. Noise and conditions aren't.
Hmm. I like it somehow. But agree, for a Sheraton you would expect more. In the Bar, Breakfast etc
The afternoon tea
The worst Sheraton I've stayed at. Avoid!
Очень красивый отель снаружи, но комнаты уже требуют ремонта. Не заказывайте яйца Бенедикт. Они здесь пустая трата времени.
The real front door is on the back Street... Not Piccadilly
Wouldn't recommend the hotel. Can do better in London for similar prices I'm sure.
Best location, our suite is beautiful !!!
Renovations coming in September... desperately needed in the rooms, haven't experienced squeakier floors anywhere.
Renovation due to start September 2014
Avoid room n515 is has a machine near and can't rest at nigth
One of the most regal places to have brunch at.
Most uncomfortable bed ever. Bedsheets are incredibly thin. Rooms are outdated, smell bad. Comparable to a cheap motel. Avoid.
Avoid rooms ending in "22"...while executive rooms, the "view" is of the buildings next door. My room on first floor is very dark with a fire escape and a rooftop outside the windows. :(
Very convenient location!
The view from the park facing room #811 is amazing.
Had an issue with my room - constant humming noise - had to talk to reception 4 times & the duty manager without any success. Service provided was really bad and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone
Rooms could use some remodeling but amazing location!
The rooms are very small and very outdated. I would look to stay somewhere else next time.
The main entrance is on brick street. Enter hotel from there if you have lots of luggage or baby stroller.
You want to avoid the rooms on the x19 & x21 lines. They straddle the service elevator & the noise annoyance is 24 /7. A shame too, because the x19 line is one of the best looking set of rooms here.
Expected more for 5 stars, but the Bed is great!
This place is in need of some serious TLC.
Rooms small, they gave us a queen size bed instead of two twins, bathroom sucks - but they did have power converters at the front desk we could borrow.
Such a great location - either walk or by tube - fantastic attractions in all directions
Perfect location. But need a remodel. Platinum rooms come with breakfast and Internet for 3 devices. If u get 2 rooms on platinum only one room gets amenity. plan to pay more for the extra room.
Great linens for the bed great towels too but thats about it.. Needs an upgrade about everything that a sheraton room should have
Rooms outdated, location is good but not deserved for the five stars. Our bathroom was hideous, like a time travel. Back to 1970 lol
go to the bar and ask Pablo the bartender for an Old Fashion..watch him make it..5+ minutes of pure perfection. Best bourbon drink on the planet. try it..u will love it.
Great selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants at Shepherds Market - five mins walk into Mayfair from the hotel. Ask staff for directions.
Closest Café Nero, walk up towards Piccadilly Circus, turn left on the road by Green Park station.
I've used this hotel again and again. A great price given the location. Friendly staff too.
The hotel's historic ballroom is the best place to celebrate important events.
Rooms smell very outdated Avoid at all costs
Terrific location, especially with Shepherds Market close by. Definitely try Prezzo around the corner - great Italian restaurant with FREE wifi!
Great location, but hotel needs a bit of a refurbish
Tired and dated but does the job.
Location very good. The room is classless.
The Concierge will only book chauffeur cars and and they cost the earth. Wonder how much commission they are making from this little number.
If you want to go to the airport and save yourself over 50% the cost getting there. Avoid the concierge and porters and go straight out to the black cabs on the rank.
Elevator tip is true..after getting a non smoking room that smelled like smoke. I got moved to another room . Not loud enough to keep you awake but annoying if you're in the room
Outdated and in need of renovation, but given the price and location it hardly matters.
Some people forget the hotel has a garage nicely placed for easy access to shows and shipping
The exact address is 150 Piccadilly, not 112
