Upgrade and stay in the club level, it's a world of difference.

Try and get an upgrade to the club lounge. Definitely worth the extra charge- two hour reception with snacks, drinks and breakfast.

If you being your pet there is no "potty" area anywhere close to this "pet-friendly" hotel so be prepared to walk dirty streets hoping your pet will go on the concrete or in some dirt around a tree.

    Amanda Bergquist · May 17, 2014

Kinda speedy for what you get on a regular online booking if you don't have the "club level" rooms. Dirty robes in closet, heat won't work in room, and $48/day parking for guest price!

    Amanda Bergquist · May 17, 2014

Club level is on the 3rd floor - cruise in and skim breakfast even if you didn't pay the premium to stay on the floor. Fruit, cereals, eggs and hot coffee & tea are all available.

    Rachel Mercer · December 16, 2013

Club level gets better rooms and perks. But the personal touches? Free wine for all at 5pm? Hot home made cookies on reception mid-morn? Über friendly staff? Really lovely little hotel...

Mediocre at best. Old hotel with subpar rooms. Definitely not 4 stars.

Get club level forth floor. View great. Had Christmas tree across street lighting my view at night. Feel like Christmas movie falling asleep to the lighted tree. Internet access great.

The continental breakfast has lack of variety. Eggs and sausages are not included. I've expected more....

Rooms are ok, nice bed and ammenities. Very well situated. Breakfast very scarce and not much variety. Valet parking is $44/day!

Stay in the club level part of the hotel. Rooms are in much better condition than the other section.

Beware the paranormal visitors. We stayed in room 212 & wokein the middle if the night, to an extra "person" in bed with us.
