The Midwest's premier entertainment complex. Contains several concert venues located in one historic building occupying the entire block of 24th and Wisconsin Avenue: The Rave Bar, The Rave, the Eagles Ballroom, the Rave Underground, the Vibe Room and the Penthouse Lounge.
Drinks are pricey, bring extra cash!
The rave is quite possibly the worst venue in the world. No climate control and awful drink prices. Too bad some of the best shows take place here.
It is really hot in here
If your a smoker the roof is the place to be.
Try to not get mugged on the way out
Great green room
$5 off for all Marquette students. Don't forget to show your MUID!
Drinks are pricey so bring extra cash!
Bring your ticket stub back to Leff's Lucky Town after any show and receive a FREE pint of Miller Lite or Highlife.
If you sneak in The Rave, don't get caught by Gary!
The Rave has been a place where famous rock bands always got their starts to fame. I went for OAR in the Eagles Ballroom and it was awesome
Get drunk before you go! Drinks are absurd!
The Panera Bread PA system sounds better than the sound here... Get your shit together, Rave!
Have yet to see a drinking fountain in sight and it's $3.50 for a bottle of water. It's hotter than hell in here with no ventilation. I'm waiting for someone to pass out from dehydration.
Don't chance it, park in their pay for parking lot behind the venue since a lot of the side streets are permit parking only. The sure fire way to ruin your night is to have your car towed!
Love The Rave and all its history (not to mention the great shows)! Drinks are a tad expensive though so make sure you are prepared for that!
Expensive drinks epic shows
Acoustics suck, drinks are way over priced and it's hotter then hell no matter which stage you're at, if it wasn't the only venue that has great bands and is cheap in Milwaukee I would never come here
Expensive as fuck for alcohol!
This venue will surprise you.
2011 Summer Camp Music Festival artist Bassnectar will be playing here on September 29th! Don't miss it!
We promote and interview bands at the Rave
Go up to the roof! Beautiful view of Milwaukee!!!
Don't buy the drinks! Ridiculous!!!! And don't motor boat zakye wilde
Pretty cool concert venue for those who are into electronic or rock music. You'll get a lot of big bands to come through, and there are multiple stages/arenas to check out. Affordable and close!
Dodgy neighborhood, don't leave things out in your car. Two drinks will run you $17.50... Come buzzed.
So creepy it's amazing!
Holds awesome concerts!
Fuck the scurity guards
Free tickets get you in but some say you need to buy 2 drinks, so its more like 15 bucks, still not bad
Drink before you go. High prices on beverages.
$8.50 for a beer..... Miller Park doesn't seem so bad now.
WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! WORST SERVICE AND BOUNCERS I'VE EVER SEEN! THE PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD, OR A WHOLE NEW STAFF!
Holy shit! $8 for a 12oz beer!!
Don't open up for Bone Thugs and Harmony.
On 02/21/2011 the Decibel Sponsored Creatures from the Black Abyss Tour stops here! Featuring Cradle of Filth, Nachtmystium, Turisas and Daniel Lioneye
Saw a ghost backstage. Seriously.
Day glow in Milwaukee kicked ass. I had so much fun. Worth every penny
Bring ear plugs, unless you want to own a pair of heating aids before your 60! :-)
"Catch a show at the Rave" - from the top 100 things to do before graduating from Marquette University
Coat check is $3 so don't forget to bring a few bills.
Kidkel69 here from the Milwaukee Rock Music Examiner , we love The Rave
Check out the roof view. The ballroom on the way up to roof is incredible to see. Great venue at incredible price to get in. Be safe neighborhood scary
Oh my lord! Ridiculous!!!
Shitty Budweiser products. What a great selection..... NOT!
Worst music venue in America.
$8 beer night rocks!
Drink prices are high but love the venue. There really isn't a bad view, love there's a lot of room!
