Don't go to this hotel. There'a serious quality control issue with Ritz Carlton.

Little too pretentious and fancy for my taste. I prefer relaxing, cozy and hip. That said, nice every so often. Go for breakfast... Affordable and a nice experience.

Honestly worst Ritz I've ever stayed at. Old rooms, outlets that don't work, running toilet all night....lack of spa services... It goes on

I think the Ritz forgot they have a hotel here. Extremely outdated. Definitely not to par with the rest of their hotels. Very disappointed.

Never knew the Ritz Carlton was a Marriott property! Nice surprise. Elegant hotel with very ordinary room....even after an upgrade.

Happy hour is a must with $5 bar bites and drinks: fried cheddar cheese curd with whole grain mustard aioli, truffle fries, wine of the day, and Bejeweled Bling (tequila, Cointreau, prickly pear). Read more

Enjoy a Southwestern twist on the traditional Arnold Palmer with our Prickly Pear Palmer, made with syrup from the fruit of the prickly pear cactus. Served daily in the lobby at 5 p.m.

Try the prime rib burger!! Ask for Cajun seasoning as it lacks flavor even with pepper jack cheese and garlic aioli.

Loved everything about it, but in typical Ritz form don't expect free WiFi. It's $9.95 per day per device. FREE at most of the other Marriott properties. Nothing like gauging those with coin.

Chris is the best Bartendar in the area. Lobby bar has a great feel, it's personable and down to earth. No need to go to the mall across the street.
