If David Lynch opened a bar, it would be like this.
Great cocktail list and live jazz. There is a Hammond organ built in to the bar
Unique and unusual selection or products and liquors.
Decent enough dive bar, dark and not too crowded.
Don't get the cuckoo drink. It's possibly the worst drink I've ever had.
Favorite bar in SF because of how awesome the environment is. The live organ player on the weekends is my personal favorite.
Nice atmoshere but limited choice of cocktails
Great Back Patio
Awesome place to have a drink, talk and have
Strong cocktails, cozy atmosphere, small back patio, good vinyl collection and sometimes there's live music, sit on a bench and people-watch
A cosy bar with a nice outside area and a large liquor cabinet.
Patio! The drinks fantastic too ;)
Get The Royal Last Word but w/ Rye. Sit on the back patio. Enjoy the awesome vinyl collection
Tasty cocktails for reasonable prices.
Elderberry Fizz, the best drink in town
Live organ and harmonica on a Wednesday night. Dim lighting. Small patio in the back. Cash only.
Phenomenal cocktails and a great funk library on vinyl. You really can't go wrong here.
Across from Knockout where you can pregame. Great drinks and decor.
Dimly lit, sexy, hodgepodge of mid-century thrift store lamps, paintings, & furniture accented with shades of red. A strong small batch spirits selection.
Kinda awesome. Eclectic and mellow.
Best Negroni in SF. Yeah, I said it.
Lovely Live music
The Bitter Cup is absolutely delicious.
Love this bar. Good drinks, service, decor, music (they play records when there's not a live organ or sax player) and they have a back patio most are unaware.
Tip the musician.
Tip - this place is incredible.
A cozy little Bernal cocktail den; good for first dates, post-dinner friend drinks, and listening to organ solos.
It's dark in here, and there are dead animals hanging from the walls, but records spinning and divine libations make it Eater's go-to in the Outer Mission/Bernal nabe.
Lavay Smith on the organ.
Royal Cuckoo is a gem in the Mission with live organ player, vinyl spinning and delicious drinks from the bar. Enjoy chips instead of pretzels with your drink from time to time and have a great time.
If you don't visit the smoking patio in back when it's open, you're missing out on life.
Great bar with interesting ambience and occasionally a live. The cocktails though were disappointing
Don't sit in the back unless you're prepared for being surrounded by major makeouts.
The doorman is the blues singer, gotta love it. The rusty nail will oxidize you.
Great cocktails and music
Order the Bitter Cup
Great ambiance! Kinda jazzy and chill. The rosy nail bourbon was a bit too strong for me though.
A bar quiet enough to talk in and get seats in. On a Friday night. Please don't tell.
Great selection of whiskey. Too much work to be here.
Bar service not available organ side.
Take my advice: you'll hate this place. No really; stay away.
Hope you have binoculars and night vision, because that's what you'll need to read the drinks menu.
Delicious moscow mule!
Fantastic cocktails and liquor selection are enough to make this an awesome bar, but add Hammond organ and old-school music on vinyl and you won't want to leave...
The moscow mule moscow rules.
They play records!
