The science history in this place is simply awesome. Get a chance to see a lecture here, chances are it will be fantastic. Look out for Bryson Gore, an experimental legend and fountain of knowledge
Be sure to leave an hour or so to wander around and look at all the displays. Fantastic place.
Recommend the fish finger sandwich
A magnificent organisation committed to furthering our scientific understanding. To be surrounds by such history is inspiring. Lovely little café too!
Wow. A historic venue.. just saw prof stephen hawking lecture here... inspirational
Despite the fact the entrance is very unwelcoming, this place *is* open to the public. There's a great little museum in the basement with Faraday's scientific instruments and such

The bar at the Ri is a fab place for a cocktail and a decent bite to eat. In the evenings you can get a lovely platter to share whilst at lunch time they do great British gastro pub style dishes.
Visit Faraday's Lab - we're lucky enough to have been inside!
It was in the laboratory of the Royal Institution that Michael Faraday made his breakthroughs in research into electromagnetics, leading to the invention of the telegraph and electric generator.
One of London's hidden gems! Fantastic decor and great space for business meetings, free wifi and a fantastic bar
10 chemical elements discovered here; 14 Nobel Prizes. A simply stunning history. But also a very welcoming, modern place with cafe, bar, restaurant and museum if you can get past the stuffy facade.
Great lecture theatre impressive history
The oldest institution in the world but very modern inside. Highly recommend!
Great quiet venue for meetings. Free wifi and friendly staff. Plus surrounded by some scientific greats!
