The Rustic is a full-service restaurant & bar, featuring a huge backyard, 40 beers on tap + live music. Brought to you by FreeRange Concepts + Pat Green.
Berkshire Pork Chop = YUMMM !!!
Went here for a group event so don't want to rate food based on that but the venue and draft beer list is awesome
Open for lunch with the same great dinner options! Love that pecan sauce!
Huge outdoor lawn. Great hang out
Big draft beer selection. Outdoor patio for live music. Great place to hang out.

Expect a two hour wait on a Friday night! Ugh!!
Nice atmosphere inside and out. Like the windowed kitchen but it's as loud as a cattle auction in here.
Cocktail menu = meh. Stick to the beers. Cactus ties were nice but too much salt in the ketchup.
THIS FRIDAY, 10/31 Salt-N-Pepa will make you wanna "Shoop" at The Rustic in Dallas. Tickets $26 in advance - http://therustic.com/event/salt-n-pepa/ #Halloween
Cactus fritters, hominy, and banana pudding!!
Porch chop. The apple cider is good.

Best patio. Large beer selection. Free live music.
We had to wait 2 hours to eat here so we just ended up eating somewhere else and returning for late night beers and live music.
Get the duck wings!
Great food- even better atmosphere.
Dirt Floor with a Bada$$ patio.
Roast beef is great.
Great atmosphere, fun times!
Goblets suck! I want to smash all of them (after I finish the beer).
Great music, great food I loved it!!!
0 for 4 on my beer requests. Not a good start.
Always order directly at the bar as waiters out in the garden tend to take a while
First time visit. So far not impressed. Very rude hostess. Sat outside on a beautiful day. Waited quite a while. Finally flagged down server. And they're installing fans, loud drilling. Expected more.
This BBQ spot has a dessert menu entirely made of pies.
Free pie for first-timers & birthdays! I thought I wasn't a pie fan until I tried this beast of a peanut butter slice.
Not as good as I thought it would be - too much hype for flavorless food and mediocre drinks. All overpriced.
This place is like a SMU Young Republicans party meets real Texasl country bar. Food is excellent. Service, not so much.
But like...the deviled eggs.
They need more bathrooms!
Love the Quail. Great item. And local beers are such fun. Thanks for the experience!

My new favorite place! Can't wait to hang out on the patio on the Spring!
There's plenty of room to cozy up inside the bar with a juicy burger, chorizo empanadas or some calf fries and a local draft or cocktail made with Texas-born spirits--Uptowners are doing it in droves.
Bartender, Heather, could stand a little PR lesson.
Food here is beyond average. Better to just drink than eat.
Beer menu is good. Deviled eggs are too. Service was slow but hoping it's just a growing pain.
Get the pork ribs. Comes cut off the bone, perfectly seared and fork tender with a life changing chipotle pecan sauce. Umm mmm, Fat girl candy!!!! No picture... Ate it too fast.
Ph 214-730-0596. Grand Opening Tonight 10/16/13. American comfort food w/BBQ. Live Country Music nightly. Pat Green is part owner.
